When I list your property on the MLS, it automatically syndicates to hundres of property websites. Your home will be featured on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Homes.com to name a few. This database of homes is accessed by every licensed agent in MA. 

Professional photography is standard with any property I list. This is the buyer's first impression of your home and will decide if they'd like to tour it in person.

A well thought out listing description is critical for any properties. You will not see typos or inaccuracies in our listing descriptions. The prospective buyer should feel emotion and envision themselves already living in the property after reading about your home.

I work with various home stagers for every budget. Buyers want to walk into a property and envision themselves living there. That's next to impossible in a vacant home. 

Once I receive the photographs, I immediately prepare the print brochure. I make it a point to continue professional print marketing in the digital age. The brochure along with other print materials are available at every open house and showing.

Each listing I take on deserves its own dedicated website. The site will include the professional description, magazine quality photography and any video content. These will get promoted on social media and other sites to push traffic back to the website.

Our goal is to have as many qualified buyers through your property as possible. I will promote your listing to my internal company database as well as other the local broker community. We provide yard signs and refreshments at the property to really make buyers feel at home.
